Tony was was a former college football player who lost sight of his goal waist line. From his years in athletics Tony felt he knew what to do. We made some adjustments to his old college plan and dialed up the accountability. We also had to work on improving his movement quality from some old sports injuries. Working with us Tony rediscovered his passion for fitness and learned so much he decided to get his crossfit certification! Tony is a great reminder that even if we "know" what we are supposed to be doing... it always pays off to work with highly qualified coaches!

Rashel loves to run and was putting in a 5k almost every day, but she just wasn't seeing the results she wanted. She made some small adjustments to her diet, switched out two days of running for resistance training and added in Pilates. Rashel's running times improved and body fat dropped. She now has a balanced program that incorporates the things she loves with the things that will get her the results she wants!

Kellie is a nail technician who always liked to try new things in fitness. From Pound to Zumba all the way to Boot Camps she tried it all. When she started training with us she found out there was so much more she could learn about her health and fitness! She had frequent back pain from her job, so we started with her core. Taking her stronger core and a new found focus in nutrition Kellie made huge changes in her body composition. She loved everything she learned so much she wanted to take that message to others like her. Kellie finished her personal trainer certification and is now helping others just like her move better and build confidence.
I’ve been working with Personal Trainer Greg Hill for a little over a year. Since doing so, I’ve lost weight, decreased my percentage of body fat, and greatly improved my overall health. I started working with him after signing up for my first 90 Day Challenge in 2013. While my primary goal was to lose weight, I have other health issues with which I knew regular exercise would help.
Greg was the personal trainer that I met with to learn about the Challenge and set goals. We discussed my weight loss target, the fact that I have Type II Diabetes, and that I wanted to make exercise a regular part of my regiment to help improve my health. My blood sugar at the time was uncontrolled, despite taking medication three times daily. Greg was very helpful as we discussed and set goals, and worked through an “every two week” schedule of Personal Training sessions. My goal at that time was to learn how to work out (not having done so on a regular basis in quite some time), and then put that into practice during off weeks.
I soon found myself meeting with Greg every week. On my own on the “off weeks” – I was not staying focused or pushing myself during workouts. Also, I was not meeting my weight loss goals. Not only do I learn about how to best work out during our personal training sessions, but Greg and I also discuss weekly challenges and goals – very helpful as I continue to focus on losing weight as well as overall fitness.
Greg is very knowledgeable, building a workout regimen that has worked really well for me. He understands my limitations, but also knows when and how to push me to the next level. He is a great motivator, encouraging me to lift that increased weight, do those additional reps….and I’ve seen great results I know that I’d not have been able to reach at this point on my own.
Over the past year my health has improved greatly and I’ve lost approximately 40 pounds. Importantly my blood sugar is now very controlled. My next goal is to be able to reduce medication – and I feel confident that I will get there. I would highly recommend working with Greg Hill to anyone wanting to work on improving their health.
