If you are at home, pick 2 other at home workouts use the 5 week guidelines, record your reps and see you if you improve for you 2nd cycle around!

Week 1: 2-3 cycles 40 seconds each exercise 20 seconds rest and switch exercises

Week 2: 2-3 cycles 45 seconds each exercise 15 seconds rest and switch exercises

Week 3: 2-3 cycles 50 seconds each exercise 10 seconds rest and switch exercises

Week 4: 2-3 cycles 55 seconds each exercise 5 seconds rest and switch exercises

Week 5: 2-3 cycles 30 seconds each exercise 30 seconds rest and switch exercises slow your tempo to allow for a recovery week!
